Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed for an unresolved technical problem or a duplicate charge. Email support with the affected invoice and details. There is no general refund window or promised response deadline. Mandatory consumer rights and provider decisions remain applicable.

A refund concerns the affected invoice, not every valid purchase. Cancelling future Lemon Squeezy renewal is separate from refunding an existing payment. DOKU purchases have no automatic renewal to cancel.
